This classic New Orleans drink is one of the more complex rum cocktails you can order. Made with multiple types of rum, fruit juice, and grenadine, this drink has it all.
Ingredients -

2 oz light Ron Viejo de Caldas Rum 2 oz dark Ron Viejo de Caldas Rum 1 oz orange juice 1 oz passion fruit juice 1 teaspoon lime juice 1 tablespoon grenadine Maraschino cherry for garnish Orange slice for garnish

Method -

  1. In a cocktail shaker full of ice, add all ingredients.
  2. Shake well until the contents are cold.
  3. Strain into a hurricane glass and mix well.
  4. Garnish with the cherry and orange slice.
