Long Island Iced Tea

As one of the most well-known cocktails, the LIIT isn’t what you might expect. Despite its name, it doesn’t actually contain any iced tea. Long Island Iced Teas are popular for a reason and should be in any bartenders tool belt.
Ingredients -

½ oz Ron Viejo de Caldas Rum ½ oz vodka ½ oz gin ½ oz tequila ½ oz triple sec 1 oz sweet and sour mix Cola Lemon round for garnish

Method -

  1. In a Collins glass with ice cubes, pour in the spirits and sweet and sour mix.
  2. Stir.
  3. Fill the rest of the glass with cola.
  4. Garnish with the lemon round.
